Tide Clocks (personalised place name, made to order)

These Tide Clocks are a must for all you Sea swimmers, Paddle borders, Boaters, Kyakers and Seaside dwellers out there. If, like me, you regularly find yourself marching miles to the waters edge because you messed up the tides, take the guesswork out of the situation and grab yourself one of these beauties. Available in three face sizes and a variety of materials there’s a tide clock to suit your needs, it comes with a hanging hook & can even be personalised to your favourite seaside spot! (Mechanism requires 1 AA battery, not included)

How does it work?? Rather than two hands rotating over a twelve hour period, this has just one hand that rotates at 12hrs 25mins per revolution which is the average period between tides. With there being 24hrs and 50mins in a lunar day, the tide clock shows the high and low tides twice a day and of course the falling and rising tides. Just set the clock to your local beach tide times, for the best results set the clock on the high tide of a full moon. This will give the most accurate tides over the month.
