This Holey style cheese knife is made in small batches by a fantastic woodturner based in Northern Ireland. The handles are turned from reclaimed Oak whiskey barrel staves, sourced from the Bushmills distillery, giving each knife its own distinctive patina and feel. Best suited for semi hard cheeses. The blade of the knife is 90x30mm, the handle (which may vary slightly in size) is 90-120x25mm.
