Cleaver Cheese knife

This stunning Cleaver style cheese knife is made in small batches by a fantastic woodturner based in Northern Ireland. The handles are turned from reclaimed Oak whiskey barrel staves, sourced from the Bushmills distillery, giving each knife its own distinctive patina and feel. Best suited for hard & semi hard cheeses, though in fairness it is a good allrounder coping well with even the crispiest of cheddars and runniest of Bries. The blade of the knife is 90x40mm, the handle (which may vary slightly in size) is 90-120x25mm.
